Relocating to LA to pursue a passionate career in acting is not uncommon, however, for Carmen, it opened a wonderful opportunity into Real Estate at 21 years old in the early 2000's, over-achieving as a top mortgage producer in southern CA, before crossing over to high-end real estate. Maturing at an early age allowed her to have the ability as an adult to tap into her inner-child, cowriting, children's books, comic books, animation series, bringing creativity and stories to life
Carmen volunteered with teens that were good kids, but needed some motivation, and had gone through the system due to lack of role models, love, finances, searching for a family, hanging with the wrong crowd, or sometimes their parents having to work 3-4 jobs to keep a roof over their head, and food on the table.
She believe that's it's important for us all to grow, enjoy different stages of life, evolve and step out of our comfort zone.
Carmen, is looking to get back into real estate, owning a few more duplexs' to build a dream home in Mexico, and build a small boutique resort. She is happy to invest in herself on every level.
