Carmen Harper

I am a summa graduate of Dalton State College with a degree in administration. After graduating, I went to work for a small law firm as a Legal Assistant and within six months became the Office Manager. I spent the next 13 years running the office and learning from some of the best legal minds in North Georgia. During my time at the law firm, I gained an extensive knowledge of contracts and real estate. After becoming a first-time mom, I spent the next three years at home raising my son. During that time, I moved to beautiful Panama City Beach to be closer to extended family.

My grandmother owned a real estate office all my life and as a child I used to play in the office and pretend to be a real estate professional. I followed my grandmother around as she met clients and showed properties. During that time, my love of matching people with their dream homes was born. After deciding to go back to work, I made my dream of being a real estate professional come to life and obtained my license. I believes that true success in real estate cannot be measured by the money that I make but by the joy brought to those who have finally found the home of their dreams.
