Carmen Ballantyne
Author and Biofield Practitioner in North Lanarkshire, Scotland
Hi and thanks for dropping by, so a little bit about me. My background was predominantly in sales prior to having heart surgery. After a wake-up call with a serious of mini strokes I had no option but to leave sales altogether & modify my life accordingly. However, I then took a cyst in my ovary and died twice during surgery, not to mention suffering from Psoriasis for fifteen years.
I wrote & published my book in 2014 before spending a few years in the care system visiting people in the privacy of their own homes and taught chair yoga (I've been practising yoga for years) & meditation which was assessed by a council member and then rolled out throughtout the local community due to its benefits and popularity. I also taught this on a voluntary basis for Bield Housing. However, bad health visited again via fibroids causing hemorrhaging along with a lymph node.
So my health issues took me on a quest to find out how trauma can affect us physically. I therefore hope by sharing my testimony and what I've learned on my own healing journey can do the same for others.
I hold Diplomas in Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, Stress & Anxiety Coach, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Meditation, Cacao Ceremony Facilitator and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also hold a current PVG Disclosure and I am certified as a Biofield Energy Healing Practitioner (IPHM) offering sound healing utilising Tuning Forks. All therapies offered are noninvasive and can alleviate emotional issues, physcial pain or muscle tension.
Every time something traumatic takes place in our lives our soul can become fragmented and held in our energy field causing blockages. This can also dislodge our Assemblage Point causing all kinds of physical and emotional issues. However, my therapies will pull your energy centres back into alignment, making you feel more balanced, healthy and relaxed.
My lifes trials and tribulations have brought me here with the hope that I can help others with empathy and compassion. So if you're struggling with anxiety, stress, PTSD or depression then you've come to the right place. Also organisations who wish to invest in their employees Health and Wellbeing please do not hesitate to contact. I look forward to hearing from you.
