Carmen Catullo
Carmen Catullo has spent his career in the shipping and logistics industry, with a particular concentration on serving customers in the New York and New Jersey area. As a Key Account Manager with CMA CGM, a worldwide container shipping group based in Marseille, France, Catullo fostered business relationships with customers in the Northeast United States. CMA CGM provides clients with a vast array of freight and transportation solutions, including river, road, and railway freight delivery options. Carmen Catullo leverages his previous sales experience in New Jersey and New York to quickly and effectively meet the needs of a diverse clientele, which includes some of the largest corporations in the world. Prior to joining CMA CGM in 2010, Catullo managed sales responsibilities in the New York and New Jersey region as an Assistant Manager in the Export Business Department of Evergreen Shipping Agency, a major provider of maritime shipping solutions. At Evergreen Shipping from 2001 to 2010, Carmen Catullo maintained daily connections with key accounts and solicited new customers through daily telemarketing and field calls. Catullo regularly exceeded his quarterly sales benchmarks and attracted new Fortune 500 clients, such as Xerox, Sun Chemical, Honeywell, ISP/GAF, and Becton Dickinson, on a regular basis. Before becoming involved in the container shipping business, Carmen Catullo acted as a Sales Associate with the supply chain logistics company Penske Logistics. During his four years with the company, Catullo gleaned valuable insight into the shipping industry and fundamental sales practices. An alumnus of the University of North Carolina, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
