With another year over and another birthday gone already, it's time to get serious again. Last year was a great year for me career wise, unfortunately my personal life went backwards so much so that i decided i needed to do something just for me.

So this is where my blog, forloveandsanity.com was born. It's a heavy title which has a whole lot of meaning for me but also has a humerous side, don't take it too seriously.

For the most part, i want to share the things that i love and keep me sane! I have a passion for travel, culture, wine, food, beauty and amazing photos. I hope to share some interesting things and be entertaining. Enjoy!
