Hi, I'm Carmen. I'm currently studying Business Administration and bring over seven years of experience in customer service and administrative support roles across financial institutions, government agencies, and small businesses. I’m passionate about creating great results and leading with empathy to build positive experiences for both customers and teams. I also thrive on innovation—finding faster, more efficient ways to run a business is something I genuinely enjoy. I’m especially drawn to the marketing and people-focused side of business, where creativity and strategy come together. Outside of work and studies, photography is my creative outlet and a big part of how I see the world.
