Carn-Brae Clinic

Carn-Brae Clinic is a family medical centre serving Ballarat and nearby suburbs from Winter Valley. Our practice has grown to a team of nine GPs supported by experienced practice nurses, delivering comprehensive general practice care for all ages. We offer appointments for everyday health concerns, chronic disease management, health assessments and skin checks, with clear communication and follow-up. Patients can access after-hours care via a shared local roster, and onsite services include a Dorevitch Pathology collection centre. We take patient privacy seriously and aim to make access to care straightforward and welcoming. New patients are welcome, with simple forms online.
