Nestled in the Allegheny Mountains, Carnegie Hall is one of only four Carnegie's in the world. Since 1983, Carnegie Hall, Lewisburg has operated as a regional center for the visual and performing arts. Such notable performers as Taj Mahal, Ralph Stanley, and Isaac Stern have performed on its historic stage. OUR MISSION Carnegie Hall, Inc. is committed to cultivating an appreciation for creativity and excellence in the arts. In partnership with the community, our mission is to present and promote quality artistic performances and exhibitions; educate the community in and about the arts; encourage active community participation to appeal to a broad audience while preserving the historic significance of the Hall.
