This is inspired by the Carnivore Diet Program by 5 Minute Body.

Day 1: Meaty Beginnings

  • Breakfast: Scrambled eggs cooked in butter, bacon, and black coffee.
  • Lunch: Ribeye steak with a side of buttered shrimp.
  • Dinner: Pork chops with a side of sautéed spinach in bacon fat.

Day 2: Poultry Perfection

  • Breakfast: Chicken sausage and fried eggs.
  • Lunch: Turkey breast with a dollop of sour cream.
  • Dinner: Roast duck with crispy skin and a side of asparagus.

Day 3: Seafood Sensation

  • Breakfast: Smoked salmon and cream cheese.
  • Lunch: Grilled swordfish with a lemon butter sauce.
  • Dinner: Sardines and mussels in garlic butter.

Day 4: Beef Bonanza

  • Breakfast: Ground beef cooked with spices and topped with cheddar cheese.
  • Lunch: Beef brisket with a side of horseradish sauce.
  • Dinner: Beef ribs with a side of garlic butter broccoli.

Day 5: Pork Paradise

  • Breakfast: Pork belly and sunny-side-up eggs.
  • Lunch: Pulled pork with coleslaw.
  • Dinner: Pork tenderloin with a side of sautéed mushrooms.

Day 6: Lamb Love

  • Breakfast: Lamb chops with mint sauce.
  • Lunch: Lamb kebabs with tzatziki sauce.
  • Dinner: Rack of lamb with roasted Brussels sprouts.

Day 7: Carnivore Celebration

  • Breakfast: Bison steak with a side of scrambled eggs.
  • Lunch: Venison stew with bone broth.
  • Dinner: Elk burger with a side of grilled zucchini.
