I love a challenge that gets my creative juices flowing. Whether it's working on a watercolor, learning a new dance choreography, a DIY at home, learning about holistic health, or whatever else that grabs my interest. I am always learning something new.

I work for a local medical center, primary mission outcomes has been to provide opportunities for sacred encounters between patients and staff. I have been privileged to work as a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner for eleven years offering patients a non-pharmaceutical alternative to manage anxiety and pain. By working with a person's bio-energetic field healing touch can restore balance within the human energy system, providing an optimum environment for the body to heal. To complement healing work I am also a Certified Aromatherapist and student of Guided Imagery. Its been a fascinating journey.
