Carol has over 16 years of progressive search experience. She has a solid, proven track record of managing senior executive level search on a multi-industry basis including: Professional Services, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Utilities, Retail and Entertainment & Media . Her functional expertise spans: General Management,Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance, IT, Human Resources and Marketing.

Carol has a natural and effective networking ability and she is also adept at quickly understanding the big picture and identifying opportunities within and beyond that ecosystem.

Carol’s search success stems from her passionate commitment to both her clients, candidates and team. She is a professional, results oriented, tenacious and trusted business advisor who partners well with her clients in moving their talent management strategy ahead. In the past she has been a member of WXN, SCL and Women in Logistics and a volunteer for Sheena’s Place as well as the James Birrell Foundation. Most recently she gave her time to HousingWorks and became a Friend and Volunteer of The High Line.

Carol holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from York University, as well as her Certified Professional Consultant (CPC) designation. Beyond her career and volunteer initiatives, Carol is best described as a “Life Enthusiast” with a wide range of interests including participation in numerous adventure trips, cycling, fitness training and having lived aboard a sailboat for two years.
