I was the VP, Director of Integrated Production at Innocean Worldwide in Huntington Beach, California. At Innocean we created award winning content for our clients including Hyundai Motors America, Footjoy and NRG across all platforms such as TV, radio, cinema, digital, interactive, webisodes, mobile and augmented reality.
in 2016 Hyundai swept the USA Today's AdMeter competition of Super Bowl 50 commercials ranking all three spots in the top 6 of 60 taking the #1 position with "First Date/Genesis" and #5 for "Ryanville/Elantra."
While previously at David&Goliath Advertising I helped deliver award winning campaigns for clients including Kia Motors America, The CA Lottery, Vizio, Universal Studios Hollywood and The Art Institute resulting in Addy's, Clio's, Effie's, Cannes Short List, TBS World's Funniest Commercials, One Show Pencil, Nielsen Most Effective Ads, Shoot Magazine Spot of the Year, and a coveted PETA award for Kia Soul Hamsters "A New Way to Roll" among others.
I have a proven track record for calmly delivering exceptional creative with high production value regardless of budget or schedule. If the creatives dream it I find a way to make it come true by leveraging relationships I've cultivated with directors, production houses, post houses, music supervisors, cost consultants and creatives. I've successfully navigated talent and customs challenges in both international and domestic productions.
I've been fortunate to share my knowledge of the industry by speaking as a panelist on the 2014 LA Film Commission's Locations Conference, judging the AICP awards in Cinematography, the 2015 DigiDay Publishing Awards and Le Book's Connections event in LA 2016.
My managerial skills have been honed by supervising, mentoring and inspiring artists, editors, creative producers of all levels, business affairs teams, traffic departments and in-house editing facilities for over 20 years.
It helps that I began in advertising as a copywriter where I developed empathy for the creative minds that allow us to exist in this endeavor. I've also been in account executive positions where I learned to speak Client fluently, served time as a production company "do whatever it takes" employee where I swept stage floors, provided craft service, line produced for directors, and also ran post production facilities.
