I am an experienced English Translator, Teacher and Project Manager. For the past six years, the bulk of my job has been legal translations and managing projects. Working as a Project Manager has enabled me to acquire a wider perspective on the English teaching and translation business and how best to work with clients and instructors/translators. It has also enabled me to acquire a wider perspective on the office business as I had to do all the work related with clients and suppliers. I also had to fight for my clients and do all the estimating, invoicing, meeting planning and general office tasks.

I am highly skilled at dealing with people, making sure all their needs are fulfilled. This involves, among others, taking my time to explain clients anything they might not understand and answering all their questions as well as always handing the work in on time. I am also concerned about the instructors/translators work, making sure they are happy with what they are doing and helping them if they require me in any way, especially when it comes to meeting the client's needs.

Furthermore, I am a self-motivated multi-tasking person, well mannered, with good presence, very organised and who knows how to deal with people in a polite and very professional way.
