Carola is studying journalism and international relations at The University of Texas at Austin. Her professional interests are too many, but here is a short list of some of them:

• Cross-cultural research
• International journalism
• Social development programs
• Tourism administration
• Environmental conservation

Apart from being a student, she works for a marketing company that promotes movies and the UT International Office. She is also a creative activist for Students of the World.

When Carola is not filming, interviewing someone, or doing homework, she spends her free time blogging about her feelings, walking around random places, learning Portuguese and eating desserts.
