Carol Ball

A graduate of the College of William and Mary, Carol has been licensed in real estate since 1995 and joined the Kingsmill Realty, Inc. sales team in 1999. As the child of a career Naval officer she moved multiple times and has lived all over the world. She and her family lived in 8 different homes before moving to Williamsburg in 1998. With this background, she understands very well how stressful but also exciting a move can be for the whole family and can offer support and helpful advice to both buyers and sellers. An associate Broker, she has earned several designations: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). Carol’s parents moved to Williamsburg in 1973, and two of her sons as well as many family members also graduated from William and Mary. She is a resident of Kingsmill and is involved in many community activities, including the Kingsmill Women’s Social Club, Sports Club, Golf Club (Ladies’ 9-Holers), Garden Club and Yacht Club.
