Carol Baskin

As owner of Baskin & Baskin, P.C., a law firm focusing on family law, Carol Baskin has spent more than 35 years helping people in and around Marietta, Georgia. She was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1976 after earning her LLB from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. Carol Baskin has since represented clients during divorce hearings, child custody proceedings, property division, paternity testing and actions, domestic violence cases, and more.

Outside of her work with Baskin & Baskin, P.C., she contributes to the community in a variety of ways. She supports Basset Hound Rescue and the Humane Society and maintains memberships in both Kiwanis and the Cobb Better Business Bureau. Early in her career, she also helped establish Cobb County, Georgia’s Battered Women’s Shelter and helped create training guidelines for lawyers seeking to become guardian ad litems. In her free time, Carol Baskin enjoys working out and several outdoor pursuits, including riding her bike and hiking in the mountains.
