Hi, I’m Carol, President of Training Systems International, Inc. and I live in Atlanta, Georgia. I am a fan of travel, writing, and hiking. My professional passions lie in helping people and businesses maximize their performance through innovative ideas in management, performance management, training and organizational development. My experience is global and extensive, ranging from energy to agriculture, technology, health care, sales, manufacturing and service. I have been very fortunate to coauthor two books on Talent and Leadership Development with my father, Martin Broadwell and was the radio talk show host of “Workplace Management – The People Skills Show”.
