I am highly accomplished yet extremely approachable, unpretentious, with an optimistic, forthright manner. I consistently deliver substance and results to my very demanding clients. I am technology savvy and utilize this cutting edge in my business every day.

My clients have included Two Department Heads in the White House, both of whom reported directly to the President of the United States on a daily basis. The former head of the Defensive Intelligence Agency. FBI Forensic Psychologist. Several CEO’s, many Doctors, and a myriad of other professionals.

Carol grew up in a Navy family, is married to an awesome husband, we have 5 children and 4 grandchildren. Our daughters are both teaching school. We are an intellectually curious family of constant learning and exploring. We love nature, camping, our church and Charlottesville.

Carol has been a Licensed Full Time Sales Associate since 2001, REALTOR®, she has earned CRS®, Certified Residential Specialist, which only 3% of Realtors attain, GRI®, Graduate REALTOR® Institute, SFR®, Shortsale Foreclosure Resource.

She was the 2007 CAAR Sales Associate of the Year, 10 year member of CAAR Professional Honor Society, 4 year member VAR Honor Society. Consistently is a Montague Miller & Co Quarterly Top Producer Award Winner. Leading Real Estate Companies of the World 2014 Gold Premier Club Member, Montague Miller & Co Founders Award Winner, 2010 Montague Miller & Co Paragon Award Winner. She has taught classes at Piedmont Housing Alliance. She perfected the art of negotiation and presentation as the UFCW Local 400 Union Representative.

She currently is a Member of the Charlottesville Chamber of Commerce and she serves on the CAAR Board of Directors, An NAR Instructor for the Realtor Safety Course, Serves on the 2016 VAR Risk Management Committee and has been selected to serve of this committee in 2017 as a decision maker for 30,000 VAR members.
