Born in Baltimore, Maryland. Carole Argo is the second of three children and the daughter of a U.S. Government Department engineer who spent early years of her life living in Asia Pacific.
With over 30 years working in corporate America, Carole Argo holds a knowledge-base that has been incredibly valuable in her current position.
Presently, Carole works as an Operations and Process Consultant with a special nonprofit organization known as, the National Center on Institutions and Alternatives or, (NCIA).
Having a background in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors, Carole has been inspired to do more. She is passionate about bettering the world and promoting the most good through a number of initiatives outlined at the NCIA.
Since 1977, the NCIA has worked to break the destructive cycle often associated with the human service and correctional systems. In Carole's role as an Operations and Process Consultant, she has helped organize the nonprofit into a financially viable agency helping those in need.
Recently, in October 2015, Carole has taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for NCIA in order to continue improving the operations and services delivered by providing individual care, concern, and treatment for intellectual and emotionally disabled youth and adults and those involved in the criminal justice system.
This new chapter has left Carole with a sense of fulfillment that she is excited to share with you on this page.
