Her professional career began at CNN en Español, Cartoon Network and Boomerang Latin America, and later served as Head of Sponsorship and Trade Marketing for Turner Broadcasting United Kingdom. In 2006 joined Mattel as Head of Marketing Services for Fisher-Price Brands. In 2008, she joined Meredith Corporation where she managed strategic partnerships for leading magazines. She has led marketing initiatives for The Economist, Teach For America, and NBCUniversal Corporate Social Responsibility. Led the Multicultural Strategy of Ulta Beauty at Mediabrands. Former VP/Executive Director of Equity & Inclusion, Mediabrands. Is currently Head of Multicultural Strategy and Inclusion, Carmichael Lynch.
