She has led marketing initiatives for The Economist, Teach For America, and NBCUniversal Corporate Social Responsibility. Led the Multicultural Strategy of Ulta Beauty at Mediabrands. Former VP/Executive Director of Equity & Inclusion, Mediabrands. Is currently Head of Multicultural Strategy and Inclusion, Carmichael Lynch.
