Carolina Stanescu (Rubio-Gutierrez)

I am a psychologist working as a manager for a multinational IT company in Barcelona. I got my degree at the University of Bucharest after studying in both Bucharest and Santiago de Compostela, with a major in Social Psychology. I started my career in Hewlett Packard as Account Manager for Iberia and UK markets in Supplies Operations. I had several management positions within the same company: Operations Claims Management and Marketing Liaison team leader, Sales Support team leader and Marketing Supervisor. I was an active member of two start-ups in HP (team migration). I am working now, for almost two years, at CPM International as EMEA GEO Manager for Intel managing a sales and marketing team in Barcelona. I am in love with Barcelona which became my second home. I adore travelling around the world - no matter where, in Europe or towards more remote places. I specially enjoy hanging out with my friends and reading noir Scandinavian literature. I highly appreciate a good quality debate - no matter the topic.
