After realizing staying young is a 24 hour a day job, i decided to apply all my experience and knowledge in helping other women achieve their maximum potential. Mother, Wife and entrepreneur woman, i try to juggle it all and stay fit. Married to a wonderful man and both seeing our little girl grow up has been the most amazing trip in my life.
