Carolina Franco

Carolina is a high-speed, fast learner, determined ex-entrepreneur interested in working on business & product development challenges. Carolina has lived and studied in 3 countries and speaks 4 languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French). She founded a travel startup in Brazil and Colombia and led its product vision and customer discovery. Previously Carolina had devised for the Colombian government incentive programs aimed to attract and retain world-class entrepreneurs. These programs allocated budgets between USD2-5 million dollars and created networks of around 100 actors, from investors & governments to entrepreneurs & institutions. In Europe she had led several international business development and partnership initiatives with teams from more than 20 countries. Carolina has excellent customer relationship management, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. She is also self-starter, and currently learning how to code HTML, CSS & Ruby on Rails.
