I am an Operational Excellence specialist. I've worked in the ICT and Online sectors managing business processes or improvement projects. Measuring KPIs, controlling the documentation or meeting business compliances, leading workshops or delivering presentations. I love to think and create ways to do things the smartest way possible, boosting efficiency to ensure the organisation is always on the right path to achieve its goals. I'm passionate when it comes to executing strategies.

I am so into new technologies, gadgets, everything 2.0, Social Media, open source and cloud computing... a fascinated early adopter.

I am exploring sustainable ways to live, very interested in Permaculture and organic agriculture in general. I practice scuba diving everytime I have the chance, Yoga and currently I'm learning to play golf.
