My life revolves around three concepts:

I have always been passionate about the arts and food. I have worked extensively in different areas of the arts and cultural events management, designing and running more than 50 various workshops on different subjects including; photography, graphic design, art, marketing and many more. Starting my career in art history this artistic flare carries through to my life and work in food design.

Having put this eye for design into action I have most recently brought concepts to life from Cambodia to Qatar and now in London and Paris with an ever-evolving wealth of experience.

Always with meticulous detail, I have specialized concept evolution and have a gift for seeing an opportunity, quick thinking and passion for acting outside of the box.

I have been trained with Matthew Kenney culinary, Hoffman and many more, specialize in plant-based food cuisine, consultancy, food experiences, product development, workshops, chef training, and creative concepts, all rooted in food expression.

With a thirst for knowledge and eye for detail, I am here to make dreams happen.
