Vallejo
Project Manager and Mother in London, United Kingdom
Originally from Colombia, I have lived in Barcelona, New York, briefly in Tokyo and now in London. I hold a degree in Literature, a Masters in Publishing and another Masters in Interactive Thingies and Their Likes from the wonderful ITP at NYU.
I currently split my time between various projects as a freelance producer, working with UVA, Nexus, Unit9 and others. I co-direct the Koshirakura Landscape Workshop in Japan, a workshop on alternative education in design and architecture, with community-building at its core. I also spend an insane amount of time cooking, eating and thinking about food, and less and less time on Facebook and Twitter.
I created Design for the First World, I am a co-founder of MediaLab Bogotá, and, somewhere in my past life, co-founded the Spanish information visualization company Bestiario.
I love books almost as much as I love food, and I get more excited about a used old bandsaw than a shiny new laser cutter (and a laser cutter makes me really excited).
