I'm a graduate level public policy student studying health systems.

Having a background in population health and health economics, my thesis research seeks to assess value within health system interventions. A driving force of my work is to identify ways to improve health of individuals and populations, in ways that are economically sustainable.

In addition to my thesis research, I am involved in an ongoing collaborative project in the area of Indigenous health. Our current work highlights differences in federal and provincial policies that result in profound differences in access to specific health services for First Nations populations. Other research that I am currently involved in includes collaborative evaluations of ongoing population health and public health programs, including immunization programs, updated healthcare provider guidelines, harm reduction services, community support programs, and provincial strategies.

I enjoy taking on new challenges that allow me to learn about and becoming involved in diverse areas of health. New opportunities to collaborate are always welcomed!
