• Oversees all aspects of event logistics including online registration, social media and online promotions, travel arrangements, menu planning, audio visual, entertainment, and décor

• Complete trade show planning for clients including selecting booth designs, giveaways, online and print collateral, staffing coordination, and post-event correspondence

• Monitors event activities in order to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and expeditious crisis management
