Caroline Houlihan

Hi, I'm Caroline, Class of 2008 University of Connecticut Ecology and Evolutionary Biology major.

I love being outdoors and have a passion for the environment. I have way too many birdfeeders, and I want more.

I love to create. I'm working on my green thumb, but am already hooked on the satisfaction I feel from making something grow. I love food. Cooking it, eating it, and trying new things. Best when combined with travel. I draw and paint. I rearrange my furniture often.

Since graduating from college, I have worked seasonally as a field assistant for an environmental consulting agency. I am also an experienced sales professional, office administrator, and dental assistant. Driven, adaptable, and a strong communicator, I don't back down from obstacles and enjoy seeking new ways to stretch myself professionally.

In the garden and in the workplace, being a part of the growth is what keeps me inspired.
