Caroline Roberson

Caroline Roberson is a first year undergraduate student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. She is currently pursuing a degree in General Business and plans on specializing in Accounting.

Coming into her first year, Caroline had 46 transfer credits which allow her to start focusing on her courses specialized in accounting. Caroline is one of the selected 30 members in the Rawls Business Leaders Program, which help her develop leadership skills and reveal to her the strengths she has a leader. She is involved in the Society of Advancement in Managment to broaden her skills in management.

For the past three years, Caroline has worked at Market Street as a courtesy clerk, which has given her personal interactions with customers to develop her communication skills and positive customer relationships.

Upon finishing her Undergraduate, she will be focusing on her MSA.
