Caroline is passionate about assisting individuals realize their full potential. She is known for her deep appreciation of people, her perceptive abilities, and her ability to quickly create a safe environment where clients are able to step out of their comfort zone.
Caroline is at her best when she helps organizations to exceed their financial, organizational, and cultural goals through strengthening the most important asset – their people.
Caroline Thibaudeau, BSSC, PCC, ACC is certified professional coach with the International Coach Federation. She is also a part-time teacher/coach in how understanding of organizational structures and operations is critical to entering, surviving and thriving in the modern workplace. She is also a sport coach in alpine skiing, volunteer with the ICF and sole proprietor of Coaching for Excellence.
With her diversified experience, Caroline brings a unique mix of skills and experience to coaching whether it be in leadership development, executive coaching, and change management. Caroline’s current practice is focused on three areas: effective transitions, workplace performance and emotional intelligence as well as executive coaching. Caroline has assisted organizations and individuals in thriving, getting to know oneself, stabilizing operations, improving the function of cross-functional teams, dealing effectively with conflict, defining strategies for a meaningful engagement and dealing with change are some examples of topics at the basis of work with her clients.
Caroline has worked in partnership with organizations and companies in Canada and the US to develop their leaders through executive coaching, mentoring, succession planning, competency development and leadership development programs and strategies.
