Caroline G. Moore is a founding partner and Chief Executive Officer of Ekistics, responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the company's operations including the 28 acre redevelopment of State Center, a Transit Oriented Development in Baltimore City

Moore is a passionate urban developer, creating an innovative stakeholder engagement process called “Cityscaping,” that integrates the community within the work of the project team.

Moore's expertise ranges from mixed-use and brownfields to adaptive re-use and Transit Oriented Development (TOD) projects. With a strong background in public-private partnerships, Moore is successful in coalescing myriad parties and interests into positive outcomes.

Prior to founding Ekistics, Moore spent the majority of her career with Struever Bros Eccles & Rouse (SBE&R) serving as Chief Operating Officer where she was responsible for the company's commercial and residential development. Moore grew SBE&R's portfolio to more than two million square feet, managed a team of 25 staff members and oversaw all aspects of development with total project budgets in excess of $500 mil.
