We are a family of 5. Along with my full-time job, I am also a Content Writer for The Scrap News (thescrap.co). My husband, Rene and I have 3 children who practice MMA, Boxing, and Jiu Jitsu. My husband calls me a "Jiu Jitsu Zombie". I am aware of the positive benefits of youth learning the sport and from my personal experience, I would like to begin stripping away the negative connotations of kids practicing the sport.
