Caroline's professional experience lies within the areas of Medical Aesthetics, Spa + Project Management, Digital/Social Media Management, Strategic Marketing and Client Services. Further experience includes hospitality, B2C Sales, writing copy + creative content, & art + design. Caroline considers her work within medical aesthetics to be a lifelong objective and aims to open her own practice in the future.

Caroline holds multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma: Project Management (Six Sigma, PMP), Infection Control-Post Covid-19, TEFL, as well as CPR & First Aid.

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Caroline graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, & coursework in Ethnography, Marketing, plus a Minor in the Fine Arts. Caroline shaped her collegiate experiences around professional work experience, campus involvement, and academic excellence. She engaged in numerous intern + mentorship opportunities with companies such as Beats by Dre + Apple, Lehr & Black Beverly Hills , as well as volunteering & leadership opportunities that have determined her extracurricular skill set.

During her undergraduate career, Caroline was an active member of Phi Sigma Sigma Sorority, which encourages it's members to "Aim High" as they say, strive for the best, and settle for nothing less. Caroline was recognized as the top fundraiser for several philanthropic events, and continues as an alumna to uphold the values that Phi Sig members embody.

Caroline has been further recognized by the Pasadena Rotary Club of the Arts, receiving 2 creative writing and poetry awards. She was a finalist in the Pasadena Tournament of Roses, an active member of the National Charity League for 8 years, and considers lifelong learning and acts of service to be both personal pursuits and moral codes. Caroline founded the National Art Honors Society in 2012, was President of her National Charity League class in 2009, and was a Confirmation Leader at her local parish.

Further passions include the arts, including music, poetry, design and creative writing. Caroline is an avid writer, and has been writing, composing her own music, and playing piano for 20+ years. Caroline is 50% Cuban, holds professional working proficiency in the Spanish language, and values her strong family ties to the culture.
