She holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Project Management, Infection Control Post COVID 19, TEFL, CPR, and First Aid, with a focus on operational systems, compliance, and performance improvement.

She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Marketing from Loyola University Chicago, with coursework in Ethnography and a Minor in Fine Arts. Her professional foundation was shaped through early internships with brands including Beats by Dre and Apple, as well as leadership and academic engagement throughout her collegiate career.
