Caroline Carey

Caroline Carey is a passionate teacher who responds to this yearning by encouraging personal empowerment and community development. She has a wealth of experience in the healing arts, as well as in developing our connection to nature and the human and non-human soul. Her wide-ranging experience is derived from many years of study and training. She is a qualified Movement Medicine Guide, 5 Rhythms teacher, Reiki Healer, herbalist and NLP master practitioner. She has also completed shamanic training with the Sacred Trust. Caroline has been teaching within all of these areas for over 20 years, winning ‘The Sussex Women In Business Sole Trader' Award in 2011.

As a professional teacher and shamanic guide, Caroline has worked in many countries around the world, she offers her own inspirational work through the mediums of shamanic healing, dance, movement meditations and creativity. This includes personal development, soul retrieval and a grounded approach to shamanic tools both traditional and modern, which include journeying, dream work, visioning, and ceremonial theater skills.

Caroline is a mother of six children and a writer who has published her autobiography and other books on the work she now offers to many people around the world. The experiences and learnings from her personal life journey, including her experiences of mothering, very much inform all of her work.

Caroline is devoted to the work she offers in helping people to overcome dysfunction, trauma and abuse, to reclaim a stronger sense of soul and to understand the underlying and unconscious patterns that tend to rule and limit our lives. She will visit your community anywhere in the world to deliver a workshop or offer you individual or couple sessions in her home area in Hastings, East Sussex.
