I've spent many years working with young people, training providers and employers. I've been on all sides of the 'fence' - from education charities and corporate organisations to working with and for schools. I've seen the good, the bad and the downright daft (why was there over 50 organisations once working in Reading with NEETS and STILL it had one of the highest NEET figures in the country???).

My aim is to ensure all young people have the access to high quality Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance. This should be done to suit their individual needs so they can choose a job they love doing and have the skills to do it well. I want to produce a positive environment where, rather than complaing about what is not being done well, we shout about what is being done right and share best practice so we can develop the workforce of tomorrow.
