Possibly why the balancing that Bowen creates in the body has become so important to me. It takes you back to your roots - providing you with the freedom of movement and stability.

I followed a love of skiing and mountains and lived in the French Alpes for 14 years. Moved from skiing to professional cricket and ATP tennis - no not playing but event managing. I love sport, being around and working with people who want to win. I'm fascinated by movement - and alignment. Went far and wide to find out more by participating in human dissection and to learning how to breathe and walk (strange uh!) both of which we just do. But do we do them efficiently?

However, it is my 3 beautiful daughters who have taught me most of what I've learnt about me in my life and my dog the rest!
