Caroline Mikumo Lee

I am a New Yorker living in Tokyo and I am passionate about bridging communication and cultural gaps in business. I have over six years of experience working as a language solutions project manager and business development consultant for western companies entering the Japanese market.

In my spare time, I enjoy paddling and I have represented Team Japan in 2017-2019 at the Dragon Boat Racing Championships in Kunming, Foshan, and Pattaya.

My experiences have allowed me to gain invaluable insight into the rising communication and globalization needs across different industries, and I hope to continue taking on localization challenges in both my personal and professional life. I highly value my relationships with colleagues and hope to build meaningful relationships with those around me.
