Caroline Norris

I am currently IT Training Manager at UCL. The IT training team provides training in desktop applications to UCL staff and students. We provide a range of learning opportunities including trainer- delivered and self-paced courses in Microsoft and Adobe applications and more specialist academic applications like data analysis and bibliographic software. The team also provide ECDL certification for which I am the test centre manager. I personally focus on developing training in Microsoft products particularly Access, Excel and Outlook.
