Caroline Ritson

I have a strong passion for entrepreneurship, the development of small businesses and start-ups globally. I believe that the solution to South Africa’s unemployment crisis is to create a nation of entrepreneurs not a nation of job seekers. I enjoy being given the opportunity to challenge entrepreneurs to grasp opportunities that they feel will grow their business and expand their knowledge. I would like to see each entrepreneur believe in themselves, their ability and the success of their business. I take pleasure in being both positively influential and motivational in my relationships and am always willing to accept a challenge even if failure is a potential result. I am a proficient associational thinker, I have the ability to make connections between seemingly unrelated problems and ideas and synthesize new ideas. I am creative and compassionate and my friendly nature and great sense of humour have enabled me to build long lasting relationships with people.
