Hi, I’m Carolin Ngo – Interim Manager and Finance Executive.

With over 15 years of leadership experience in finance, I support companies as an interim expert – particularly in controlling, reporting, business planning, and the optimization and transformation of finance processes.

I specialize in building and scaling finance structures from scratch, as well as managing complex projects with significant investment volumes in the seven-figure range. My work spans a variety of industries and asset classes, including renewable energy, SaaS, and the art market.
