My positive attitude and caring nature create my working platform. I believe in others when they cannot believe in themselves and throughout my life I have been fortunate to have worked with the individuals I have. Hope is my motivation and I will always promote the great benefits and lessons out of the life experiences we have.
As many of you are well aware of my two battles with Cancer, persevering through hard times filled with years of Radiation and Chemotherapy. Those hard times have only benefited me as I was given fantastic professional support from many health officials and learned so much about our body and mind. From that I have taken all the knowledge from those professionals and incorporate all of into my Life Coach and Fitness Training Program.
I feel honoured to be here, I know what hasn't killed me has only made me stronger and more determined to help others live a healthy balanced lifestyle. The best part of being a survivor is to be fortunate enough and able to give back into my community and help those who are in need.
