Mother of 2, beloved daughter and great friend, I have worked for 8 years in the Call Center business, making the best out of Offshore projects, inbound, outbound and sales related (my real and biggest passion). In 2011 started working in the travel and leisure industry (was quite a trip indeed) until november of 2012 when continued as a trade advisor for local companies

I am great with speeches and public speaking, negotiation, productivity and efficiency. Friends say I'm a natural leader, very good at setting standards and criteria, results seeking, training, delegating, discipline and team building. Creativity and development are also some of my specialties.
