Hello, I’m Carol. I have over 17 years of professional experience in, Project Management, Programming, Research, Resource Mobilization, Rights based approaches (Women and children rights), Donor engagement, partnership building and Pro poor Climate Resilient Development pathways management. I have worked worked in progressively senior level positions with international development agencies and research organizations including EnterpriseWorks/VITA Tanzania, CARE International Tanzania, International Institute for Tropical Agriculture (IITA), Fintrac Tanzania and DKT International where I pioneered the first rent to own midwife managed Container Clinics franchise model in Tanzania that supported retired midwifes to continue providing family planning and reproductive health services to their communities using converted container clinics. Currently living in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. I am a fan of music, travel, and innovation.
