Carol Narcisse has over thirty years of experience in fields related to human, social and organizational development; media and communications.
She is an accomplished educator, development policy analyst, researcher and advocate; and an accomplished broadcaster and trainer. Her collective experiences express her passion for the empowerment of people, for sustainable development and good governance.
Carol is a graduate of the Mico Teachers College, City College of the City University of New York and Teachers College, Columbia University, New York and holds a Master's degree in Special Education.
As principal of her own consulting firm, Carol Narcisse & Associates, she has been providing consultancy services to a wide cross-section of clients including agencies of the United Nations, other international consulting firms, Jamaican and Caribbean Governments and Non-Governmental and Community-Based Organisations.
An expert trainer and group process facilitator, Carol has successfully supported organisations, individuals and groups in their quest to achieve excellence in their performance.
Carol’ extensive experience as an educator includes the following:
Administration – Founder, Program Director. of New Vision Preparatory School & Educational Services Center Ltd. providing mainstreamed education for students needing special education and an individualised, child-centred learning environment. 1989 - 1996
Teacher Training –
