I am the Customer Insight Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company where I conduct ethnographic research to better understand our customers so that we can attract more of them.
The User Experience (UX) profession is focused on dispelling the myth of "user error" and moving organizations to embrace the people who use their products and services.
By conducting observations and interviews and analyzing and synthesizing that information, I help to improve experiences in stores, using services, mobile apps, Web sites, and software.
I am the Vice President of UXPA International, an organization that promotes usability concepts and techniques worldwide. I am also an active volunteer in my community, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two kids and I like to run when I have the opportunity.
