Carol Papazian

Carol instills in young adults confidence and skills to help them figure out how to proceed in a specific situation, embark on a new career or navigate their life’s path.
Having held leadership positions in the corporate, education and non-profit worlds, Carol understands the power of motivation. Through listening intently, and with clear, concise and compassionate communication, Carol helps young adults translate what they value and what they find interesting into actionable and meaningful life choices.
Carol’s educational roots are in the Humanities and in Communication, and she honed these skills in major corporations’ advertising and marketing functional areas. Carol was frequently honored for her work as an innovative thinker and has been awarded two US Patents. She managed high-performing teams and was recognized for her mentoring skills.
Carol then turned her talents to the Education field. She was hired to develop programs to communicate achievements by staff and students in both public and private schools. Carol was also sought out to teach and mentor students at the college level in Public Speaking and in Public Relations.
Carol’s strength at teaching and mentoring at the college level brought her significant acclaim. She developed programs which helped her students navigate the “real world” during and after college. She initiated and developed partnerships with business leaders, trade specialists, career services and the local community. She presented at “Best Practices” conferences for faculty development. And she led “Service Learning” initiatives so her students could work with local businesses toward mutually beneficial goals. She has seen firsthand that objective third-party guidance is a huge component of a person’s success -- at any age.
Community leadership is a key aspect of Carol’s life, and she has been a part of many non-profit ventures in leadership capacities. She sees volunteerism as a critical piece in a person’s development. Carolhas been honored to work with dedicated volunteers across religious, community and academic circles.
Carol holds an M.A. in Communication from Temple University. She graduated cum laude from Muhlenberg College, where she now serves as member of the Alumni Board. Carol is an authorized Facilitator of “Now What – 90 Days to a New Life Direction” by Laura Berman Fortgang.
