Carol is often described by her clients as their “travel concierge”.

This term refers to her ability to present alternatives, recommend effective plans, solve problems when they arise and monitor and follow-up on all details.

Carol genuinely enjoys helping others, is a skilled listener, a natural organizer and has a passion for travel. These skills have served her well during her 18 years in the business.

Carol has been fortunate to deal in both corporate and leisure travel. In fact many of her loyal clientele has moved with her through the years. Many executives who require Carol to book their corporate travel also turn to her to book their annual European river cruise or a warm weather vacation to the Caribbean.

Away from work, Carol enjoy's many of the same activities she recommends to her clients; a day on the golf course, a weekend getaway to a winery or partaking in a cooking class in a unique location.
