Carol S. T.

Hi, my name is Carol. I currently live in Canada, but my background is latin american. I am passionate about drawing manga, cooking, reading and designing stuff. I also love camping and anything to do with nature (e.g. animals, plants, and taking pictures of wildlife and natures colours). My favourite sports are volleyball, swimming and badminton. I have participated in many tech camps with Girls Learning Code, which is where I devoped my love for technology and experience with codes like HTML and CSS and some design skills using GIMP and Pixlr. I have also had the opportunity to use very expensive technology such as the Google Glass, the 3D-printer and listened to people who work to make the tech and their advice for us future creators. I have been to Google at least 2 times, I've been to George Brown Digital Lab countless times just like Mozilla. I had the opportunity to use the arduino uno and the Lilypad( a different type of arduino). In addition to my current skills I speak english fluently, a little french and a little spanish.

I am currently making a contemporary art project with a few people who are interested in doing so in pixels. I am really excited to learn more advanced coding skills because I currently only know the basics of coding.
