As a graduate of North Carolina A&T; State Unversity, Carolyn Hilliard was trained in professional theater, with only a few theater marketing classes under her belt, the marketing influence would resignate in a major way in her professional future. Carolyn Hilliard began her now flourishing career in nightlife entertainment by simply passing out fliers. When the nightlife finally caught on to the social media trend as a marketing tool, Carolyn Hilliard was right there to pioneer this movement in the Carolinas. As of Fall 2013 Carolyn Hilliard, a Charlotte residence, runs several businesses including; Behind the Scene Promotions, The Lady Promoter, Carolyn of the Carolinas, and Vigilante Boutique. Even though Carolyn Hilliard has had several accomplishments, she knows that there is still so much more she can learn. Her goal is to create a lasting brand that can assit other companies and business owners to come.
